A log is posted in WebFlow, the client is notified of the current status of the project and the operator picks up another project to work on whilst they are waiting for the client to respond. The operator continues this process between the client until the project is complete and the managers can simply log into WebFlow and know exactly where each project is at without the need to ask any questions - it's all logged in WebFlow!
